SHARP

Privacy Policy

Last updated June 5, 2026

This policy explains how Sharp(“we”, “us”) handles information in the Sharp iOS app. The short version: Sharp’s privacy footprint is light. We do not require an account, and we do not collect personal data about you.

Information stored on your device

The following is stored entirely on your device and is never sent to us:

  • Whether you’ve completed onboarding
  • Your unlocked / Pro status
  • Your reminder frequency and times
  • The cards you’ve saved
  • Your daily streak count and last-open date

This data lives in the app’s local storage on your device. Deleting the app removes it.

Third-party services

Sharp uses a small number of third-party tools. Here is exactly what each one touches:

  • RevenueCat processes the in-app purchase and validates your entitlement. It may handle a purchase or anonymous identifier. The purchase itself is processed by Apple, not us — we never see your payment details.
  • Local notifications schedule your daily reminders on the device. There is no push server; reminders are generated locally.
  • Device information may be read as needed by the services above. It is not used to build a profile of you.

What we do not do

  • No account or login. No personal data collected by us directly.
  • No analytics or advertising services at launch.
  • We do not sell or share your personal data.
  • Your data lives on your device; deleting the app removes it.

Purchases

Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment information. Apple’s handling of payment data is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy.

Children

Sharp is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change — for example, if we add analytics — we will update this page and revise the date above.
