Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sharp iOS application (the “App”) provided by Sharp(“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including the Standard EULA that applies to App Store apps.

Purchases and refunds

• The App is free to download and includes a free set of content.
• A one-time in-app purchase unlocks the full collection for life. This is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and there are no recurring charges.
• All purchases are processed by Apple. Billing, receipts, and refunds are handled by Apple under their terms. We do not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly — refund requests are made through Apple.
• You can restore a previous purchase from within the App at any time.

Content is general guidance

The App presents distilled ideas and prompts for reflection. This content is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not professional advice — legal, medical, financial, psychological, or otherwise — and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit the App or its content except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

Intellectual property

The App, its design, and its content are owned by Sharp or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

No warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sharp will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

Apple as a third-party beneficiary

These Terms are between you and Sharponly, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. However, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Any maintenance, support, and warranty obligations are ours, not Apple’s.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
